TrueMove Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

TrueMove Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy supplements our main Privacy Policy and applies to all users within the United States. It describes our policies and procedures for handling "consumer health data."

At TrueMove, our goal is to help you form genuine connections. Part of this involves giving you the tools to express who you are. Some of the information you may choose to share on your profile could be considered "consumer health data" under the broad definitions provided by various U.S. state laws. We are committed to being transparent about this data and providing you with control over your information.

1. Our Role

TrueMove, operated by Givioo Techcrafters LLC, provides a platform for users to form genuine connections. In the context of this policy, we are the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing the consumer health data you provide. For more information about our company and services, please review our Terms of Service.

2. Consumer Health Data We Collect

We collect consumer health data only when you voluntarily choose to provide it to us while creating and completing your profile. You are not required to provide this information to use our service, but doing so can help you find more compatible connections.

This data may include:

  • Information about your sexual orientation and gender identity. This includes the information you provide about your gender and the gender(s) you are interested in connecting with.
  • Information about your health-related lifestyle choices. This could include details you choose to share in your profile prompts or bio, such as your relationship with alcohol or your family planning intentions.
  • Other information you voluntarily share that could allow an inference to be drawn about your past, present, or future physical or mental health, such as religious or philosophical beliefs that may relate to your health.

3. Why We Collect and Use Your Consumer Health Data

Our sole purpose for collecting the consumer health data you provide is to operate our service and help you form meaningful connections with other users. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Administer your account and provide our services to you.
  • Display your profile to other users, as directed by you.
  • Recommend other users to you and recommend you to other users. Our systems may use this information to help find you more compatible matches based on the preferences you and other users have shared.

Important: We do not use your consumer health data for any purposes related to our e-commerce and gifting features. For information about how we handle data in our e-commerce features, please see our E-commerce and Gifting Policy.

4. Our Sources of Consumer Health Data

All consumer health data we process is collected directly from you when you choose to input it into your profile.

5. Categories of Third Parties With Whom We Share Consumer Health Data

Our goal is to help you connect with others. Therefore, the primary sharing of your consumer health data occurs when you direct us to do so by populating your public profile. We do not "sell" your consumer health data. Our business model is based on our e-commerce features, not on selling user data.

We may share your consumer health data with the following categories of third parties:

  • Other Users: You share your consumer health data with other users when you voluntarily add it to your profile for others to see.
  • Service Providers: We share information with our trusted vendors who help us operate our service. They provide essential services such as data hosting, platform maintenance, security operations, and customer care. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
  • For Legal and Safety Reasons: We may share your information if reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena, or law enforcement investigation; (ii) assist in the prevention or detection of crime; or (iii) protect the safety of any person.
  • In Case of a Corporate Transaction: If we are involved, in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, or other change of ownership, we may transfer your information to the new entity, which will be required to honor this policy.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

You are in control of the consumer health data you share on TrueMove. You have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You can access the consumer health data on your profile at any time through your in-app account settings. You also have the right to request a copy of this data.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your consumer health data at any time. You can do this by removing the specific information from your profile. Withdrawing consent is prospective and does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before your withdrawal.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your consumer health data. You can delete the information directly from your profile or delete your entire account using the in-app functionality. You can also submit a formal deletion request by contacting our support team.

To exercise any of these rights, please use the tools available in your account settings or contact us by emailing support@truemove.app. For your protection and the protection of all our users, we may require you to verify your identity before we can fulfill your request.
